Had a great day today, my birthday. Usually feels strange not being at home on my birthday, but not this year. Had fun with Greg and Karlien and enjoyed all of my birthday cards Greg brought with him and messages from home and overseas, oh yes and Haighs truffles before breakfast.
We went into Scarborough and had a look at the beach, there is a lot of development happening, starting to look really good. Then it was lunch overlooking the water at Island Market at Trigg, the view, the food and the company were perfect.

Had a Nanna nap for an hour in the afternoon, was great catching up on sleep.
Amazing sunset, there was nothing, then this happened
Then we headed to Ishka at Hillary’s Marina for dinner. Took ages to find it, was very noisy, so we moved to a quieter area and had a lovely evening. Once again the staff were delightful, the food delicious, and the company not too bad either.
Got 6 hours sleep, improving.
Looking forward to Wedding day, weather is going to be a beautiful 28C
